Cancellation Policy
Annecy Primary Sunset club and Telscombe Cliffs Academy Wraparound clubs are run weekly. Once payment has been received for a booking we do not offer a refund. Changes to a place are only applied for the following reasons...
- Session cancelled by J&C Coaching
- Session cancelled by the school
- Family emergency with communication provided- this does not include change of plans, school trips, birthday parties, early collection
- Child off school due to serious injury or illness and communication provided
Please note if we feel the circumstances require a credit the session will be offered for another date during the current term. If it is the last day of term the session is offered for the first day back in the next term.
After school sport club places are for a commitment in the term. Once a place is booked cancellation can only occur 2 days before the start of the club. Once your child attends there is no refund. A refund or credit can only be applied for the following reasons
- Club cancelled by J&C Coaching
- Club cancelled by the school
- Child off school due to serious injury or illness and communication provided
Failure to pay for any club will result in your child not being booked and escorted to the main office for a parent/carer to collect. This is due to the child not being in our care, risk assessment and booked with our club.
